Groom busts out aisle freestyle on wedding day

If your wedding day is supposed to give you the jitters — or even worse, cold feet — then Daniel Cutting is about as calm as Hindu cow.

Watch as this groom opts to make his march toward matrimony while juggling a soccer ball.

Consider all the factors stacked against him: He’s in a cramped church aisle; he has his family, friends, and the eyes of God all upon him; and oh, he’s about to pledge his life to another. And he absolutely nails it.

What a display! He even takes it up a notch by shaking hands with some of the attendees. Bonus points if he spotted his soon-to-be father-in-law.

With an entrance like this, it makes us wonder what he did for the proposal.

Lionel Messi having soccer-ball shaped house built in Spain

Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi is one of the premier faces in football. So, is it that unreasonable to see him living in a house shaped like a football?

A concept designed by architect Luis de Garrido with Messi in mind has this idea well on its way to fruition.

Messi’s work life revolves around soccer, and it appears his home life might as well. A birds-eye view gives the first look at the numerous football-inspired designs, with an overall look of a football pitch.

The house itself comes in the shape of a football, and appears to be two stories. Our favorite subtle nod to Messi’s profession? The front entrance and the ball forming the shape of a “10,” the Argentine magician’s number.

Casa de Messi is still in the design phase, but it would be interesting to see how this would look up close and personal.

Fan Cam: Paul Pogba’s screamer taken from best possible camera angle

Usually, when it comes to fan videos taken from the stands, they are just plain awful. But this particular supporter struck YouTube gold by offering us the perfect angle on a golazo by Juventus’ Paul Pogba.

Pogba scored this audacious half-volley last season against in a match against Udinese, but until now you couldn’t truly appreciate the incredible movement behind that ball. I mean that ball was swerving like Carlos Tevez on the freeway. Woosh!

Again, excellent camera work by the anonymous fan. A real Ken Burns in the making. As for Pogba, here’s a guy who has mastered the art of volleys. Remember, he scored this one also last season:

If you couldn’t tell, we’re a little excited that Serie A starts again this weekend.
