Cristiano Ronaldo fights dandruff in bizarre shampoo commercial

image

Ever wonder how Cristiano Ronaldo always keeps his hair so perfect?

Well, aside from getting his hair trimmed and perfectly styled seemingly every other day, it seems CR7 is also a tenacious protector of his own follicles. In this advertisement for CLEAR shampoo, Ronaldo fights off dandruff attacks with the flair and elusiveness of Neo in The Matrix:

How great was that? Ronaldo sure showed those dandruff balls who’s boss.

And wait, there’s more!

CLEAR also released a behind-the-scenes video of the making of the commercial, which is almost as exciting. At the end of the video, Ronaldo says: “I love the shampoo, it is nice. And if you see the results, you can look for my hair and you will see why I have a beautiful hair.”

So there. Now you know.

The Land of FC Barcelona

Who wouldn’t want to go hang out on an island with Lionel Messi, Neymar, Andres Iniesta, Gerard Pique and Carles Puyol? Well, except for Real Madrid fans.

This fantastical world only exists in the dreams of Barcelona fans, but that’s exactly what Barca and Qatar Airways created in their latest advertisement: The Land of FC Barcelona. It seems like a pretty wonderful place to go take a vacation, especially with Pique as the customs officer, Neymar making sure you don’t lose your luggage, Messi giving lessons in the performing arts and Iniesta creating beautiful wall paintings with a soccer ball. Also, who could turn down tickets to a showing of Das Golden Boot? Not us!

Better start saving up that vacation time now just in case this dreamland ever becomes a reality.

Wish Messi was in more cool commercials? Here you go

Bright lights. Rave music. Messi. In one of those sweet motion capture suits. Safe to say that adidas has the advertising game figured out to a tee. Makes me want to jump out of my seat and buy those cleats immediately.

Of course, Messi knows a thing or two about pulling off great commercials. Remember this gem from last winter?

Hey Leo, keep em coming!
