Ajax’s brand new away kit designed by Adidas was hand delivered by the squad to a select few fans who ordered the new threads. First team stars Siem de Jong, Daley Blind and Kolbeinn Sigthórsson were all involved in the giving.
Ajax defeated Willem II 5-0 to secure the Eredivisie title for the third year in a row and were rewarded with a tremendous trophy presentation. Still full of adrenaline and excitement, Ajax defender Daley Blind got a little carried away during the presentation and knocked the trophy to the ground.
Thankfully, the trophy is still intact, so no harm no foul. Fast forward to the :28 mark to see Blind’s blunder.
Looks like someone didn’t eat their Wheaties today.
Luis Suarez is doing Luis Suarez things once again. It’s clear as day that he sunk his teeth into Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic’s arm during today’s match. Adding insult to injury, Suarez put in the late equalizer during stoppage time to seal a 2-2 draw.
This isn’t the first time Suarez has taken a bite out of another player. In 2010 with Ajax, Suarez was banned for seven games for biting PSV Eindhoven’s Otman Bokkal’s shoulder.

Even more impressive, forward Kolbeinn Sigþórsson got into the mix and added a “special ingredient” to the long range session.
