When Leyton Orient fan Craig Delew tweeted at the club’s chief executive asking for his favorite player to be brought back on loan, he didn’t expect it to happen.
Well, the O’s got goalkeeper Eldin Jakupović back on loan from Hull City, and Craig had a promise to keep.
"Like all good clubs, we decide all our transfer policy based on what our fans tweet us," chief executive Matt Porter joked.
Not only did Craig clean every single seat in the East End, he was treated as a guest of honor at the O’s next home match — and met the man who inspired it all.
