“To zlatan:” Introducing the newest verb in the Swedish dictionary

I’ve always thought that “Zlatan” might be the least Swedish name ever. Well now, Zlatan is actually making its way into the Swedish dictionary.
No, really.
Officially accepted by the Swedish Language Council as a new verb, the definition of “zlatanera” is “to dominate on and off the field.” However bizarre, the definition is quite appropriate, as Ibrahimovic has certainly dominated on the pitch this season (he leads Ligue 1 with 18 goals) as well as off it (inspiring Christmas sweaters, for one, and dominating soccer blogs with his constant antics).
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to go zlatan this Thursday.
