Six-year-old Hayden Whitbread, who is currently fighting kidney cancer, is a diehard Manchester City fan. Watch as he gets to meet his hero, goalkeeper Joe Hart. Trust us, you will need the tissues.

It doesn’t matter what team you are a fan of, this is a truly wonderful gesture, and a reminder that there are things far more important than soccer. Hart and Man City gave Hayden a day he deserved — and will never, ever forget!
