The former Chelsea forward went to extraordinary lengths by presenting his ex-Blues teammates from last season’s Champions League victory against Bayern Munich with rings to celebrate their European conquest. According to various reports, the Super Bowl-style rings reportedly cost the Ivorian striker £800,00.

"I wanted to give something to the team so we can all look back and remember that achievement," said Drogba, before singling out club captain John Terry, in attendance, for special praise. "You’re my hero and everyone at Chelsea loves you," he added.
